Graduation today
My sons graduation is today. He has completed K-4. Actually we will be putting him back in K-4 next year. He turns 5 in September and August 31st is the cut off date. We were able to get him in because Kristina, my beautiful wife is one of the schools substitute teachers.
It's been really cool seeing how much he has been growing. He knows his numbers to at least 100. He knows all of the letters in the alphabet as well as their sounds. He's on the verge of being able to start reading. He can sound out three letter words. I'm telling you, I think it's awesome to see a little guy do all of that.
I never remember being able to do that at his age. I think it's because I was too interested in digging holes and building dirt streets for my hot wheels.

Halo Night
I am so looking forward to Halo night this Friday. I have been wanting to play again for almost 4 months! We get lots of guys together and connect 4 X-boxes together and play capture the flag.
It's nice because we use big screen projectors and decent audio systems to make it interesting. We have several guys that are really good. I'm somewhere in the middle. It takes me a little bit to get going but once I do, I can hold my own. Master Chief, I'm ready!

I just got information that my pastor and his wife have had their second child. They have been wondering when he was going to come in to the world. His name is Klay. He weighs 6.14 pounds. Not a bad start if I say so myself.
